How It Started
More than twenty years ago, while studying International Tourism in Riga, we set out for our very first internship in Greece. Working in Halkidiki taught us far more than hotel service and guest communication – it gave us independence, cultural understanding, and professional confidence, all while experiencing an unforgettable summer by the sea in one of Greece’s most beautiful regions.
What began as a student internship later shaped our careers and personal paths. The experience, relationships and hotel partnerships we built became long-term connections – leading Zita to continue her professional journey in Greece and Santa to establish a tourism business in Latvia.

How It Developed
Our summer work in Greece 20 years ago remain the foundation of what we do today.
Our mission is to open this unique experience to people of different ages and backgrounds – not only young professionals starting their careers, but also adults seeking new opportunities, including those who find it difficult to secure stable work in smaller towns or who are approaching retirement age.
